Behave and listen to environmental review hearing on IBX

The next Long Island City, Flushing, Jamaica in the making with Middle Village and Maspeth.

The $5.5 billion ambitious project called Interborough Express (IBX) of MTA and the NYS is now moving to the Environmental Review process. This is where the public are invited for comments on Draft Scoping Document.

Now pay attention - There will never be hosting sessions about the projects if you are against it especially for the locals of Maspeth and Middle Village. It's a done deal so get over it.

The meetings will be held on October 29 in Brooklyn, November 6 in Queens and then November 12 at Zoom online.

The project will connect from Brooklyn to Queens without Manhattan connecting to 17 subway lines and the LIRR.

So who are the winners? Gentrify and some more frying around the path to make way for affordable housing with more government services and zoning changes.
