Bayside residents rose to multiple shots fired

The NYPD reported this morning around 5am, calls came in for multiple shots fired in Bayside. This is in the vicinity of 67th Avenue and 223rd Place. ESU recovered shell casings.

At the same time, EMS transported a bullet victim who was shot in the leg to a local hospital.

The same bullet victim also refused to cooperate with the police initially. Now detectives are working on the case.

So far no arrests.
