Bad mess on the Belt Parkway eastbound

Police are on the Belt Parkway reporting heavy delays due to pursuit with one vehicle overturned. All ran out from the overturned vehicle toward unknown direction. Delays are back to the bridge. This is by Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn to the Queens border.

Avoid this route.
