Assembly passed a new bill prohibiting all religious discrimination

The original bill was proposed by David Weprin after slew of complaints to his office by various organization who does not tolerate religion as hate attack. The Assembly Bill A864-A was passed by 112-1 votes. Only one person disapproved.
