Assembly Bill A3192 in committee

Will this be a problem for parents?

The Bill A3192 will soon go to the floors. From the NYS Assembly, the bill states, Permits any child who is at least fourteen years of age to have administered to himself or herself, regardless of parental consent, certain immunizations required or recommended by law.

This includes RONA.

Budget will play a crucial role for schools with this bill if passed. The Mayor's Office didn't respond if this is why the budget was cut for schools.
