Arned robbery on the same block now to Oakland Gardens

73rd Avenue is bad news since the last two weeks. Tonight a victim was robbed on 73rd Avenue in Oakland Gardens. This is by 212 Street. Two suspects, males, black with one displayed a weapon and removed personal items from the victim.

Police reported this was a drive by robbery targeting victims.

EMS treated the victim on the scene emotionally shaken.

The victim stated the suspect were driving a blue sedan with out of state plates.

So far no arrest.

There were reported robberies and a carjacking on the same 73rd Avenue but in Fresh Meadows.

Ongoing investigation.
