Armed robbery at Roosevelt Field Mall

Police reported of armed robbery at Roosevelt Field Mall. Two suspects, males, black went inside with one display gun into the Bloomingdale’s side. Then took off in a BMW toward Meadowbrook State Parkway southbound. Police were able to track the vehicle from the witness information. The vehicle was tracked and chase started until crashed into another vehicle. Both suspects took off on foot. Shortly one in custody. Searching for the other suspect. Chopper notified. Ongoing investigation.
