Armed carjacking in Fresh Meadows

Police are on 166 Street near 73rd Avenue reporting armed carjacking. This is in Fresh Meadows.

Two suspects, males, black, followed a red BMW at the intersection and one displayed a weapon. Then pushed out the victims from the vehicle and took off with it toward northbound 75th Avenue.

A witness stated there were two more suspects, males, Asian, in accomplices vehicle that was following from westbound 73rd Avenue.

EMS is treating the victims on the scene who are emotionally and visibly shaken.
