April 25 will be a busy day for the NYC Mayor

The NYC Mayor's trial date is set for April 21, 2025. That's next year. This is for one of his cases beside the four others involving corruption probes and allegations.

Meanwhile, the list of the Mayor's competition is growing for the re-election also scheduled next year in November with a primary before that in June. The Mayor is optimistic he will beat all cases since April is the month all candidates running for the Mayor must be announced with a deadline for the June primary.

The Mayor has pleaded not guilty on all five count indictments that accused him of accepting travel gifts in exchange for favors also involving the FDNY to speed process the opening of the Consulate of Turkey in the city.

The Mayor already has more support than the current candidates announced for next year’s election so far.
