Apna Bazaar has a new sublet tenant

Bring on the carcass. Apna Bazaar at 260th Street and Hillside Avenue is setting up the next door where Taco Bell used to be with halal and fish market. The location is a sublet and leased to Al-Zahiba Halal Meat. Its currently being setup with parking lot also allotted to customers of both stores. The NYC Dept of Building confirmed commercial locations are allowed to sublet in accordance with zoning.
