Just now Andrew Cuomo announced his plan for the housing sector in NYC and of course, focus is all on NYCHA, the block of the largest voter base in NYC.

The MTA is now upset that Cuomo chose housing over transportation.

This means more plans for housing, more money for housing and more programs for housing.

The NYCHA peeps are now pleased with Cuomo's plan announced.

The City of Yes and all especially Local Law 97 will be moving full force under Cuomo once he is in office which is expected an easy victory.

This is Cuomo’s first step up plan as part of the Mayoral campaign.
