All on President Trump to see the proposal between LI and CT

A local developer is all optimistic of a plan to build a bridge between Long Island and Connecticut costing over $50 billion. The study costing NYS taxpayers $5 million was done in 2017 under then Governor Cuomo who is all positive on this project and now it's time to make it a reality. The only way to see it happening is with federal funds since the state and city don't have that kind of money for this project.

It will be called Long island Sound Bridge and as of today, a definite knowledge of starting from here to there route is not decided as of yet. Many speculate it will be a boon for the economic relationship between Long Island and Connecticut instead of working in Manhattan.

In two weeks, the plan will reach the White House.

Then it's up to the Trump Admin to approve or not.
