All lanes closed on the CIP and VNB

Police closed off the Cross Island Parkway northbound at the Hempstead Turnpike reporting a vehicle flipped upside down. At the same time, all lanes in the lower level of eastbound on the Verrazzano Narrows Brisge closed due to a vehicle overturned. ESU is working on both scenes. EMS is checking on the people.
