All lanes closed on NSP westbound

Northern State Parkway westbound at New Hyde Park Road Exit, all lanes closed due to multiple vehicle accident with injuries. Police now reported two eastbound lanes also closed for EMS. Firefighters are also on the scene. Reported 3:30pm.
