All lanes closed on CIP due to fatal accident

Cross Island Parkway southbound at Northern Blvd, multiple vehicle accident with injuries. Police are reporting its fatal involving several people. All lanes closed. EMS, FDNY and NYPD are on the scene. Reported 6am.
