All lanes are closed on the CIP northbound

Cross Island Parkway northbound by Union Turnpike has all lanes closed due to an overturned vehicle with entrapment.

ESU is working on the scene to upright the vehicle.

EMS is checking on injuries.

Delays all around including southbound due to onlookers.
