A victim robbed while walking in Queens Village

Queens Village - On Thursday around 5:30pm, police were called to the intersection of Hillside Avenue and Braddock Avenue reporting armed robbery. A victim robbed while walking southeast bound when the incident occurred. On Tuesday, May 2nd, police received calls about a man carrying a possible gun on Hillside Avenue and Springfield Blvd but unable to locate him. The suspect is described as dark but not confirmed with the race since the victim was shaken. He was last seen wearing a blue jeans and maroon jacket. Ongoing investigation. Reported 2pm.
