A record breaker for NYC crime

After the first 58 days of bail reform, 482 people were arrested for serious felony and released without bail. Of the 482 arrested for 482 felony, the same were arrested again for another 846 crimes in NYC. That's 3 times the amount compared to 2019. The Speaker of the House Carl Heastie refuse to acknowledge it and won't back down from the bail reform which will remain in effect.
