A pedestrian died after struck by vehicle in Queens

Police were called to the intersection of 84th Street and 153rd Avenue reporting a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and died. It happened today around 6am in Lindenwood section by Howard Beach. The 53 year old female died at the scene. The driver remained on the vehicle and continue to cooperate with the police.
