A line in Queens delayed due to teens surfing

The NYPD is at the Broad Channel Station in Far Rockaways reporting two teens surfing has the train halted. FDNY is working to bring down the teens with one refusing to cooperate.

Power is shut down in both directions for now.

ESU is working to remove one of the injured teen while the other managed to escape. Police are now on the hunt for that teen.

Ongoing investigation.

Update - the teen was brought down and transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
