A dog kidnapped from apartment building

WANTED for GRAND LARCENY:  On 5/4/24, at ~8 PM, 2 individuals entered an apt. building near Tiffany St and Westchester Ave, removed a 10 y/o Dachshund named “Milkshake” & fled the location with her.
