Many hate city's trees on their property while some embrace it but this McMansion owner in Floral Park decorated city's tree with beautiful lights all around. Its normally illegal to do such task on city's property but then community residents don't mind such decoration to make it attractive. With decorations all around this premise, more and more homeowners are setting up in the area without minding the electric bill.
