63 year old man robbed on Union Turnpike waiting for Q46 bus

Police are searching two men wanted for robbing a 63 year old man at the intersection of Union Turnpike and Utopia Parkway. The incident happened on August 31st around midnight time. The victim was standing when two men approached and stole phone. During the incident, the victim was beaten in the head and fell to the ground. His backpack also was stolen. The victim while injured refused medical attention. Police reported the victim was waiting for the Q46 bus going east when the incident happened. Description of suspects was not given by police. Ongoing investigation.
