4 Muggers attacked man with hammer punched boy inside pool hall

Police are searching for four suspects who bashed a 40-year-old man with a hammer and punched a teenager inside a Queens pool hall close to two weeks ago.

The NYPD released surveillance images of the four suspects on Thursday.

The incident happened on Feb. 22 inside the Tian Yi pool hall on Union Street near Northern Boulevard in Flushing, police said.

Around 10 p.m., the four suspects entered the pool hall and approached the 40-year-old man and 16-year-old boy.

They demanded the victims to get on the floor and then proceeded to strike the 40-year-old victim in the head with a hammer, police said.

They took $1,000 from the man's jacket pocket.

The individuals then punched the 16-year-old victim in the face and pushed him on the ground.

The suspects then fled the scene on foot eastbound on Northern Boulevard, police said.

The 40-year-old victim was transported to New York Presbyterian Queens Hospital in stable condition.

The 16-year-old victim was treated on scene for minor injuries.

No arrests have been made an investigation remains ongoing.
