3pm is the time NYC Mayor will have a press conference

Mayor di Blasio will have a press conference on yesterday's snow and what has been done so far as well as what needs to be done.

Officials from Dept of Transportation, Sanitation and NYC Parks, all commissioners will be present also.

It will be live for all to see. Already, NYC Council and Comptroller gave their press statement for the poor job.
