The NYPD reported 11 people were shot in the 24 hour period from last night to today morning in NYC. 3 dead. Plenty of shots fired in all boroughs except Staten Island.

Now let's look forward to the weekend to the safest city, says the Mayor. The incoming Mayor is getting ready to move to Gracie Mansion.
