2023 is the year Mayor di Blasio set for perm housing for homeless

NYC Mayor di Blasio reported hotels and apartments housing homeless is in the start of relocating to permanent locations and will be complete by the year 2023. The first location to start removing homeless will start in Queens where there are 35 locations including two in Bellerose and the Maspeth Holiday Inn on Horace Harding Expressway. However, the completion will be done by 2019 as the city is working on the administration tasks to place homeless in a structured stage to establish permanent stage without rotation. di Blasio calls his project, HomeStretch by funding using taxpayer's money to locate new construction of co-located permanent for both affordable housing and homeless shelter.
