14 year old struck by vehicle in Oceanside

Police were called to the intersection of Harvey Avenue and Foxhurst Road on Friday, September 8 around 7:30am reporting a 14 year old female student struck by vehicle. The driver of the vehicle, a 63 year old man remained on the scene and cooperated with police. Police reported the female is in critical condition. She is a ninth grader at Oceanside High School. No charges has been filed against the driver and the investigation is ongoing.
