NYPD launching complaints online

Today, NYPD added a new feature allowing civilians to file complaints online. It at the NYPD website instead of visiting in person. Each complaint will be setup with an email receipt and then follow up for thorough investigation. This is for lost property, petit larceny, and misdemeanor criminal mischief and graffiti for now.
