All lanes closed on the GCP eastbound

Grand Central Parkway eastbound at the 94th Street Exit, all lanes closed due to multiple vehicle accident with injuries. EMS reported of serious injuries. ESU and FDNY are also on the scene with police. Heavy delays all around.
