10 million dollar lawsuit finally got the attention

Gertrude Schnabel, 84 was hit by a Q64 bus on Queens Blvd and 71st Avenue on January 15 around 10am and suffered serious foot and ankle injuries. She is now suing the city and MTA for $10 million when the MTA bus made a right turn from 108th Street to Queens Blvd without waiting for pedestrians to cross. \
