Year end property auction is held at Jamaica court

On December 13 at 11am, the public is invited to bid for homes listed for auction. In order to gain access at 88-11 Sutphin Blvd., Rm. 62, Jamaica, NY 11435, one must bring a certified or bank check. Before the auction, the public can inspect properties on December 9 and 10 from 10am to 1pm. One property heading to auction is from Floral Park. 83-51 263rd Street which is a 2 story detached brick, 30X100 with 2 car garage. The property tax is $8,622. The deposit required is $55,000 and the minimum bid is $555,000.00 which must be closed within 30 days by making the payment arrangement. If not made within 30 days, deposit is gone.
