Wrong way on the LIE resulted two deaths in Long Island

Around 1am last night, police reported the LIE in Suffolk County was closed after two dead from a wrong-way crash. This is on the westbound by Nicollas Road in Patchogue. This is between Exits 63 and 62.

One innocent driver heading home from work died along with the wrong way driver were the result of fatality.

The investigation is ongoing.
