Woodside and Flushing real estate agents charged for cheating over 20 tenants

Victor M. Oaxaca,43, of Woodside and Roger Garcia, 44, of Flushing were arrested for a theft of more than $100,00 as security deposits from nearly 25 prospective tenants.
