Women s voice silenced on Roosevelt Avenue

A high rate of women were sexually harassed by what the politicians calls, undocumented immigrants in Queens. According to local politicians who did admit the solution to the problem is shelter and not NYPD by consoling some of the victims to stay calm as they are working with homeless outreach to place the undocumented immigrants.
The locations from Flushing Meadows Corona Park, inside 7 trains, Roosevelt Avenue to Junction Blvd has politicians scrambling for solutions but unable to do so after the NYC mayor has focusing on one mission, BLM in Brooklyn alone.
The mayor has been very busy and active in Brooklyn more than Manhattan.
According to one politician who also doesn't want the name used said the female victims mostly are also undocumented immigrants with jobs who does park cleaning, disinfecting hospitals calling them migrant heroes doesn't want to go to authorities for the fear of deportation. Even worse, over 1,500 died of COVID-19 and none of the elected officials couldn't allot money for their funeral. Instead the community pitched funds to have their urns send back to Mexico and other parts of Central and South America where families there gave them proper funerals.
According to one women's group, homeless have spiked in the areas of Jackson Heights, Elmhurst, Corona and its vicinity with tents on the streets. The sexual harassment, assaults, robberies and other crimes continue to spike and the same politicians have voted for defund NYPD with no arrests or solving the situation.
Meanwhile, NYC mayor has not responded but the office stated call sanitation to enforce city's sidewalks. Residents living in the vicinity have complained of loud noise and garbage of the homeless living on the sidewalks and were advised to call 311.
One group of residents who doesn't want to be identified said women are being harassed all the time and after calling 911, someone called an elected official to intervene to leave the homeless alone as they are working to place them in shelters as the repeat message.
