Woman killed after struck by vehicle in Flushing

Police reported a 77 year old woman struck by vehicle and died later at the hospital. It happened on Tuesday, January 9 around 7am at the intersection of Parsons Blvd and 32nd Avenue. The driver took off and police are searching for the person. Ongoing investigation. The victim has been identified as Jun Sum Yim.
