Woman died of injuries after struck by vehicle in Jackson Heights

Myriam Nino, 82 of Jackson Heights died according to police reported on Thursday. Nino was struck by vehicle while crossing Northern Blvd and 90th Street on January 5 around 1:45pm. 22 year old Lance Timote was the driver and remained on the scene during the incident. She died on January 20. Timote was issued with a desk appearance ticket.
