With love they went to Rikers only to run away

FDNY reported a fire inside a cell at Rikers Island reporting arson. The fire started around 1:30pm today. This is the same time, the progressive left elected officials made an unannounced visit.

The correction officers have two under pending charges.

Meanwhile around 9am, the same progressive elected officials held a press conference to continue to state that Rikers is unsafe with inhumane conditions. By the time the fire occurred, all of them were told to leave for their safety.

This is due to pending updates from the budget negotiations to keep the elected officials favorite nonprofits running without budget downfall while accusing the Governor of keeping people in jails without being convicted of a crime.
