Whitestone Bridge shutdown

This is from an earlier incident.

Around 7pm police were called to the vicinity of JFK airport reporting a large group of motorcyclists and ATV cruising recklessly heading toward the Van Wyck Expressway northbound. Chopper tracked the routes from the Belt Parkway. Many of the motorcyclist and ATV were placed in custody by the Whitestone Bridge while others took off to the Bronx.
