Well known contractor identified as the Queens man dead from tree fall

Mario Siles, 60 of Manhattan was working at the sixth floor of an apartment in Briarwood yesterday with his son. Siles came down with materials and was waiting for his son so they can go home to his wife. While waiting, the large oak tree fell to his truck, 2014 Dodge van with him inside and died from the impact. When the son came down, he saw the incident and collapsed. The incident happened 1pm on 84th Drive in Briarwood. The other incident reported in Brooklyn when a tree branch struck a woman around 2pm. The woman remains in the hospital.
