Weekend target for carjacking continues on Queens Blvd and Northern Blvd

More troubles brewing in the same vicinity where FDNY EMT was killed.

Yesterday there were numerous carjacking incidents from Astoria, Long Island City to Sunnyside in the vicinity of Queens Blvd and Northern Blvd. Despite local elected officials promoting to use the 5 Ds, Direct, Delegate, Distract, Delay and Document, crime continues to soar according to the local precincts. When someone with a gun approaches a driver, none of the 5 Ds were effective. Despite judo and self defense classes available for the public for free including escalation techniques all victims are learning the hard way.
