Weather changing activities announced by the NY governor

Starting May 1, the NY governor announced today of more developments to less restrictions in the state. For graduations of all educational institutions, outdoor venues are limited to 20% which can hold 500 people. If the venue holds 201 to 500 people, then 33% limited. If the venue holds up to 200 people, then 50% capacity. This is starting May 1. All entrants must have either a vax card or negative test as proof. As for shooting vax into students of both colleges and universities, its mandate and up to each to enforce but not a law. If one doesn't take the vax, then a remote option is mandatory.
