We are going to fight back gun violence

The NYC mayor announced fresh approaches expected to happen in NYC on gun violence. During today's press brief that makes no sense to most people quoted, "The NYPD is working closely with communities. We’re going to fight back with a lot of gun arrests." Shooting is up to 75% this year and dead bodies up to 30%, the highest the city has seen. However, the mayor still blames on the pandemic which has courts closed. Last week, 36 people were shot including a 12 year old dead. The week before 27 people were shot. Still the mayor continues to say the city is safe for all.
