Water heater pipe leak caused the manager s death

Legal Sea Foods which is closed after one person dead and twenty seven others end up in the hospital had a faulty pipe connecting from gas line to the water heater. There were no carbon monoxide which was not mandatory by NYS or local town according to fire marshal. \
