Wanted for sexual abuse in manhattan

On 10/13/24 at 10:05PM, in the vicinity of West 45 St and 8th Ave in Manhattan, an unidentified individual pressed his groin area onto a female victim’s body from behind and performed a lewd act. He then fled in a Black Lincoln SUV.
