Wanted for Grand Larceny individual snatched a cell phone

WANTED for Grand Larceny: On 6/11/24 at approx. 1:50 PM, aboard a southbound L train at the Halsey St station, when the train doors opened, this individual snatched a cellphone from a 15-year-old female victim before fleeing.
