The New York city police department publish a lookout against two unidentified persons.They are seen in surveillance camera that determined to removed a women's purse.This was happened in Roosevelt avenue on March 20,2017. Lookout that, Person1 was wearing hooded sweatshirt and white stripes. Person2 was wearing a black hooded shirt and eyeglasses.
