Video shows deadly fight on NYC subway after alleged thieves target sleeping passenger

A unique video acquired by CBS News New York reveals yet another incident of violence in the subway. This occasion involved a sleeping commuter who became a target during a robbery in Queens.

According to prosecutors, the confrontation escalated into a brawl, during which the victim of the theft fatally struck one of the suspected robbers.

The victim of the robbery, identified by prosecutors as homeless, will not face any charges. Conversely, the suspects in the robbery appeared before a judge in Queens Criminal Court on Tuesday.
