Victim slashed in Queens Village

Police reported a victim was slashed in Queens Village. It happened today around 1pm. It happened on Hempstead Avenue and 218 Street near Rite Aid. The victim was taken to a local hospital and now remains in stable condition. So far no arrests. Earlier today, an off duty cop was robbed and slashed on Ruscoe Street and 177 Street in Jamaica. It happened after midnight. There were two suspects. Also, no arrests. Both investigations are ongoing.
