Victim robbed on Horace Harding Expressway

Police reported a victim was robbed in Fresh Meadows. It happened on September 24 around 8pm at the corner of Horace Harding Expressway and 188 Street. The victim was on the public sidewalk when the incident happened. The suspect took off with personal items.
